My landlord had passed away and his son took over the house we lived in. Six months after his father passed he passed. Then our landlord son's wife took over the house. They personalize EVERYTHING and have both custom videos helping you understand the many confusing documents associated with buying a home. They also have fun videos that are more generic (but no less informative) explaining what step of the process you're in. Adam actually sent me a video of him walking through my actual closing document line by line, with an encouragement to call him or one of his team members if I had questions. The videos were so informative, I seldom needed additional information!

And, they are FANTASTIC communicators -- emailed me updates regularly, describing where my loan was in the process, what next steps were, what I could expect and when.
